Hello & Welcome!
I'm obsessed with finding ways to make my life be the best it can possibly be. I'm a bit of a self-help enthusiast/expert. I'm a perpetual life-long learner. I'm wanderlust. I start and stop yoga/pilates/tai chi every other month. I can advise on self-care for days but usually forget to partake myself. I have multiple college degrees and professional certifications because I have no idea what I want to be when I grow up. I just love the pursuit of the good life. I have no end goal in mind, I just love the meandering journey.
I've created this website for two reasons -
1) I want a place to park all those OMG - that is life-changing advice, book, article, practice, etc.
2) I want to share ALL the insight and goodness I've picked up along the way.
Disclaimer - I always wanted a place to go where I could just feel better, no matter what was bothering me. I just wanted to go to some website, bookstore, all-knowing sage and just search how to feel better about whatever situation I was faced with. Maybe this website will be what I was looking for.
Guiding Lights
I'd like to start with a list of PEOPLE that I have found helpful and inspiring. From afar they have provided me with guidance, solace, comfort and joy. They have helped me to find my own North Star time and time again.

WAY back in the early 2000s I stumbled upon this colorful, beautiful book called Succulent Wild Woman by SARK. I was smitten as once. I found her website and felt like I had found a place I could go to for comfort. I'm not sure which I love more her words or her art! She's splendid.

The first time my daughter heard me listeing to an audio reading of one of his books, she said - "Mom, is that God talking?" While I'm fully aware Deepak is not Good, anytime I listen to/read/come across Deepak I feel I am in instant communion with God. Deepak speaks to my soul.
